These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Rapidfirecontentgrab service (the "Service"), operated by FRST Media Europe B.V., Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam, Netherlands (KvK 80008798). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Rapidfirecontentgrab is a mobile audiobook and e-book service that provides subscribers with access to a curated library of digital content across three categories: learning and education, personal self-development, and kids stories. Content is delivered via mobile browser and is made available on a monthly subscription basis, technically supported by Bookworldkids, a Media Pay Plus brand.
Subscription and Billing
Access to the Rapidfirecontentgrab library requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed at €27.48 per month, charged to your mobile phone bill via SMS from shortcode 19001 or 19000 at €2.29 or €0.57 per SMS — no credit card is required. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the agreed monthly frequency until you cancel.
To cancel your subscription, send STOP to the shortcode provided in your welcome SMS. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further charges will apply. We do not issue refunds for billing periods already charged.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any audiobook or e-book content available through the Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying technology.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
Intellectual Property
All content made available through Rapidfirecontentgrab — including audiobooks, e-books, narrations, text and images — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and consume content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Service Availability
We endeavour to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.
Content Changes
The content catalogue is regularly updated. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify titles at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific audiobooks or e-books is not guaranteed.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to access the content immediately ceases. You may cancel your subscription at any time by SMS as described above.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at info@rapidfirecontentgrab.com so that we can seek an amicable resolution.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
